SoulPaws Atelier - Shipping & Art Handling Policy

Title: The Journey of Your Masterpiece

Each SoulPaws creation is a 100% handcrafted tribute, meticulous in detail and spirit. Because we honor the slow, traditional art of needle-felting, our timeline reflects the care required to bring your companion's likeness to life.

1. Timeline Breakdown (Estimated)

We operate on a "Reserved Seat" basis. Your order secures your place in our studio's exclusive monthly queue.

  • Studio Queue (Waiting List): 12–16 weeks.

  • The Crafting Phase: 3–4 weeks of dedicated hand-sculpting.

  • Transit Phase: 2–3 weeks (depending on destination).

  • Total Estimated Delivery: Approximately 17–23 weeks from the date of photo approval.

Note: You will receive a personal "Atelier Update" when our artists officially begin sculpting your pet's likeness.

2. Complimentary Worldwide Shipping

To provide a seamless experience for our global collectors, we are pleased to offer Complimentary Insured Shipping on all commissions worldwide. Your masterpiece is handled with the utmost care and dispatched via premium concierge couriers (FedEx, DHL, or UPS).

  • Signature Required: Due to the high value and irreplaceable nature of our artworks, a direct signature is required upon delivery for all packages to ensure they reach you safely.

3. Tracking & Insurance

Once your masterpiece has passed our final Gallery Approval, it will be prepared for international transit.

  • You will receive a tracking number the moment your package is dispatched.

  • Full Insurance: Every shipment is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the rare event of an issue, please contact us at soulpaws.official@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

For our international collectors:

  • While we cover all shipping costs, import duties, local taxes, or VAT are determined by your local government and remain the responsibility of the recipient.

  • SoulPaws Atelier is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes in the destination country.

5. Address Accuracy

As these are high-value, one-of-a-kind commissions, we cannot redirect or reroute packages once they have left our atelier. Please ensure your shipping address is a secure location where someone can sign for the delivery.
