Commission Terms
Each portrait is created as a one-of-a-kind commission. The following terms are designed to ensure a clear, thoughtful, and transparent process for every client.

Order & Commitment
Each commission is reserved within our limited monthly schedule once your order is placed.
Because every portrait is created specifically for one client, your order secures dedicated time in our studio.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your commission is reserved in our studio schedule. If work has not yet begun, a partial refund may be issued to cover preparation and booking time.
Once the crafting process has begun, the order is considered in progress and cannot be cancelled.
Preview & Approval
Before shipment, you will receive preview images of your finished portrait for review.
We will refine details where needed during this stage to ensure the likeness reflects your pet as closely as possible.
Once approval is confirmed, your portrait is considered complete and proceeds to final delivery.
Revisions
Refinements are handled during the preview stage as needed.
Because each portrait is handcrafted, adjustments focus on refining details rather than recreating the piece entirely.
Returns & Refunds
As each portrait is custom-made, approved commissions are not eligible for return or refund.
To ensure confidence before delivery, we provide a preview and approval stage where refinements can be made prior to final shipment.
Timeline Expectations
Each portrait is created over several weeks and may be subject to a waitlist depending on current commission volume.
Estimated timelines are provided for guidance and may vary slightly based on complexity and scheduling.
Client Responsibility
To achieve the best possible result, clients are encouraged to provide clear and accurate photo references.
If additional images are needed, we will reach out during the process.
